Overview

AI Chat Concierge is a customizable chatbot platform that enhances website user experience. The project provides a two-interface system:

  1. Admin Interface: Enables administrators to train the chatbot using data from spreadsheets or integrations, customize the chat theme and test responses, and monitor chatbot performance via a comprehensive dashboard.

  2. User Interface: Offers website users multiple ways to interact with the chatbot: AI avatar, text-based chat, or voice call.

This project bridges the gap between user engagement and business needs by delivering a dynamic and scalable AI chatbot solution.

  • Admin Panel:
    • Select the use case you want to train your bot.


    • Enter the essential information required to train the bot, with the accuracy of the data displayed on the right side to help the bot train with maximum efficiency.


    • Upload and train chatbot data from multiple sources (e.g., spreadsheets, APIs).


    • Test and fine-tune chatbot responses.


    • Customize the chat interface with themes tailored to website branding.


    • Monitor chatbot performance with detailed analytics.


  • User Experience:
    • Multiple interaction modes: AI avatar, chat, or voice call.

    • Seamless integration into existing websites.

  • Feedback Integration:
    • Regularly collected and incorporated feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine features and improve the chatbot’s effectiveness.
