Overview
AI Chat Concierge is a customizable chatbot platform that enhances website user experience. The project provides a two-interface system:
Admin Interface: Enables administrators to train the chatbot using data from spreadsheets or integrations, customize the chat theme and test responses, and monitor chatbot performance via a comprehensive dashboard.
User Interface: Offers website users multiple ways to interact with the chatbot: AI avatar, text-based chat, or voice call.
This project bridges the gap between user engagement and business needs by delivering a dynamic and scalable AI chatbot solution.
